Here at Solvia, we provide the financing. That is how we are able to keep it super simple, fast, and effective. You let us know what you can comfortably pay, and if it is at all possible to work that out, we do!
That depends. As with all land, it depends on the specific county you are in, and their zoning and building rules and regulations. We will provide all information related to your parcel at time of purchase, but know that counties can change things. Our hope is that whether in the near or long-term, you find yourself in the ‘path of progress’ and can use your land in a way that best serves your and your families goals.
We have multiple sources and means for the land we make available to our clients. Sources that have come from years of effort and trial and error. Any deal we do MUST be a win for everyone involved so we are very particular about how, and who we do business with. Our goal is to bring you a great variety of options.
Details are covered thoroughly in our brief agreement, but our goal is that we never encounter this situation! In the unfortunate event that we do, as is the case with any lender, you would lose the property.
