About us
Who we are
We have been in the business of real estate off and on for many years. We have been home owners, investment property owners, sellers and buyers.
We grew tired of the super-salesy approach so many real estate professionals take. We understand the stress of both buying and selling. As a seller, the constant worry about if you are going to get a good deal for your property or if somehow you are going to be ripped off (for lack of a better term!). As a buyer, the worry about getting a fair deal and making a smart financial decision.
It is out of those frustrations that Solvia Realty was born. We take what can often be very complex real estate transactions, and make them simple. And when we say that our goal is always a win-win solution, that is not simply a cliche. That is our mission.
Our team
Laura, Owner
Laura has owned, bought, and sold dozens of properties as a home owner and investor. She was previously a Global Business Development Director for a large anti-virus software company, where she was responsbile for driving business across the globe, working primarily with IT Departments. Although she very much enjoyed the excitement and adventure of that, she changed directions when she decided to start her family.
Laura adopted 4 kids, 2 from Guatemala and 2 from Haiti. She home and world schooled them, creating opportunities for learning everywhere they went.
During those years, she kept her pulse on, and finger in, the world of real estate and as her kids became older and more independent, she transitioned back into it full time. Her mission is to make it fun for all parties involved, and to ease the stress for both buyers and sellers which is so often a part of any transaction.
Marcos, Operations
Marcos keeps everything running smoothly. From setting up and managing all of the back end software systems that help us work efficiently, to our social media and marketing programs, Marcos is an incredible team member.
When not working around here, Marcos is completing his private pilot's license, flying drones commercially, and competing his degree in Computer Science and Aeronautical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines.
Taina, Intern
Taina is learning the ropes around here. Her tech knowledge combined with her exceptional work ethic and drive make her an invaulable asset to our team.
When not helping out at Solvia, Taina is either dancing, riding and showing horses, or studying for her real estate exam.
Yvee, Intern
Yvee is the queen of joy. She keeps everything joyful and light with her smile that brightens up any room. Yvee is in charge of facilities and keeps the environment not only happy and fun, but also extremely organized, clean, and efficient!
When not keeping us in tip-top shape, Yvee can be found caring for her menagerie of animals, including rabbits, chickens, goats, and a mini-cow, all of whom she shows competitively.
